Initial statement
Dear Candidate, in your capacity as an interested party, i.e. as a person to whom the personal data you provide (hereinafter referred to as "Data") refer, the undersigned company Creo Evolution s.r.l. with registered office in Via del Casello, 4/B - 42015 Correggio (RE), Italy (hereinafter the "Company"), wishes to inform you of the following.
What personal data about you may be collected
The Data collected refers to the information generally contained in the Curriculum Vitae. In addition, information from your reference check (if performed) such as institutional affiliation, academic background, employment history and other relevant information may also be collected in order to determine your suitability as a candidate. In addition to this, they may also include information and images from your profile on professional networks (if applicable), notes taken during interviews, and comments from other parties such as referrals, which may arise during the selection process. The Data may be updated on the basis of publicly available information and/or collected from third parties, and/or directly from you. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to carry out appropriate checks on the truthfulness of the Data, in particular with regard to securities studies achieved, previous work experience, assumption of professional assignments or institutional offices, also by contacting the subjects indicated by you as contact persons, as well as your previous employers and any other subject with whom you have come into contact as part of your activity working. The Data that will be acquired will not concern personal beliefs, trade union or political affiliation as well as political, religious or trade union opinions, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnic origin, state of health (hereinafter "Special categories of data"), as well as facts that are not relevant for the purposes of assessing your professional aptitude, unless these are characteristics that affect the methods of carrying out the work activity or which constitute an essential and decisive requirement for the purposes of carrying out of the same.
For what purposes your personal data may be used
The collection and processing of your Data are necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures and carried out for purposes connected or instrumental to carrying out the Company's personnel search and selection activity. Prerequisite for processing: the provision of Data, including the particular categories of data within the limits indicated above, pursuant to current legislation on the protection of personal data, must be considered mandatory in order to allow the Company to fulfill the need for knowledge and evaluation of candidates in the field of personnel search and selection as well as legal obligations, rules and regulations. Failure to provide the aforementioned may make it impossible to carry out the personnel search and selection process and the impossibility of establishing an employment relationship.
Method of treatment
The processing is carried out through IT and telematic tools and/or manually (eg on paper) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and in any case, in compliance with Optional provision of data.
How we keep your personal information secure and for how long
The processing of your data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and may also be carried out through automated methods designed to memorize, manage and transmit them. The treatment will take place using suitable tools and guarantee security and confidentiality through the use of suitable procedures to avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, illicit use and dissemination. Your Data will be kept only for the period necessary for personnel selection purposes (for a specific position or also for future positions of potential interest). The Company provides for periodic verification of the Data and the possibility of being able to cancel them if they are no longer necessary for the intended purposes. In any case, your Data will be kept in the company databases for a period of time not exceeding 6 months from the date of acquisition by the Company. Once this retention period has elapsed, the Data will be deleted or made anonymous.
Who we may share your personal data with
Your Data may be accessed by duly authorized employees of the Human Resources function, and external suppliers, appointed, if necessary, as data processors, who provide support for the provision of services. Your rights regarding data protection and your right to submit claims before the supervisory authority
Under certain conditions, you have the right to ask the Company: access to data concerning you, their rectification or cancellation; the integration of incomplete Data; to limit the treatment; the receipt of the Data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device (portability) and the transmission of such Data to another data controller; the opposition in whole or in part to the use of the Data for legitimate reasons. The exercise of these rights is subject to some exceptions aimed at safeguarding the public interest (for example the prevention or identification of crimes) of interests of the Company. In the event that you exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it will be the Company's responsibility to verify that you are entitled to exercise it and you will usually be notified within a month.
