Initial statement

This Privacy Policy is intended to describe the management of this Site, with reference to the use of cookies and the processing of personal data of users/visitors who consult it. This information is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 122 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/03, the c.d. Privacy Code). The information is provided only for the site mentioned above (hereinafter 'Site' or 'this Site') and related possible subdomains, but not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through special links. The site indicated above is owned and managed by CREO EVOLUTION SRL which guarantees compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Users/visitors are encouraged to read this Privacy Policy carefully before submitting any personal information and/or completing any electronic form on the site.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, during normal operation, some personal data that are implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but due to its nature could, through processing and data held by third parties, allow users/visitors to be identified (eg IP address, computer domain names used by users who connect to the site, the code indicating the response status given by the server, type of browser, etc.). These data are used only for statistical information (so they are anonymous) and to check the correct functioning of the Site. The data on web contacts are not stored, however, over six months, except for any investigation of computer crimes against the site. No data deriving from the web service will be communicated or disseminated.

Data provided voluntarily by users/visitors

If users/visitors, connecting to this site, send their personal data to access certain services, or to make requests in e-mail, this involves the acquisition by CREO EVOLUTION SRL of the address of the sender and/or other any personal data that will be processed exclusively to respond to the request, or for the provision. Personal data provided by users/visitors will be communicated to third parties only if the communication is necessary to comply with the requests of the users/visitors themselves.

Method of treatment

The processing is carried out through IT and telematic tools and/or manually (eg on paper) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and in any case, in compliance with Optional provision of data.

Optional supply of data

Apart from that specified for navigation data, users/visitors are free to provide their personal data. Failure to provide them can only make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

Owner, managers and categories of distributors

The Data Controller is CREO EVOLUTION SRL based in Via Del Casello 4/B 42015 Correggio (RE) to whom we will address in order to exercise the rights referred to in article 7 of the Legislative Decree cit and/or to know the updated list of all those responsible for data processing. Within the Company, user/visitor data may be processed by the employees of the Functions indicated in the aforementioned list. These employees work as Distributors under the direct authority of the respective Data Processor.

Rights of the interested parties

Users/visitors have the right to access data concerning them at any time and to exercise their other rights (requesting the origin of data, correction, updating or integration of inaccurate or incomplete data, or cancellation or the block for those treated in violation of the law, or still oppose their use for legitimate reasons) provided for in Article 7 of the Privacy Code.
